ThrillMe is a social networking and event discovery platform that allows users to:

Discover nearby events, venues, and activities
Connect and interact with other users
Create and promote events or business profiles
Important:

ThrillMe is not a dating or matchmaking service
We do not promote romantic or sexual relationships
Users must use the platform strictly for its intended purpose
3. User Accounts
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account
You agree to provide accurate and truthful information
You are responsible for all activity under your account
We reserve the right to:

Suspend or terminate accounts
Remove content
Restrict access if Terms are violated
4. User Conduct (Zero Tolerance Policy)
We enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy.

Users must NOT:

By posting content, you:

6. Reporting, Blocking & Safety

Users can block/unblock others
Reported chats may be removed from the reporting user’s interface
Upon reporting:

Content may be reviewed and removed
Users may be restricted, suspended, or banned
7. Moderation & Admin Actions
ThrillMe maintains a moderation system including administrators who may:

Review reported users and content
Issue warnings or restrictions
Suspend or permanently ban accounts
Activate or deactivate user access
All moderation decisions are made to maintain platform safety.

8. Location & Discovery Features
Location is used to enable nearby user discovery and event recommendations
Location access is used only while the app is in use
Users can adjust their search radius (e.g., 10 km to 100 km)
Users can disable location permissions via device settings
Privacy protections:

Private users see only approximate distance (in kilometers)
Exact location or directions are not shared between users
Business profiles may display location details for events and venues
9. Optional Profile Information
Providing the following is optional:

Gender
Country
10. Account Deletion
Users can delete their account directly within the app
Upon deletion, associated data will be removed within a reasonable timeframe, subject to legal and safety obligations
11. Intellectual Property
All app content (excluding user-generated content), including design, branding, and functionality, is owned by ThrillMe
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the app without permission
12. Disclaimer of Liability
ThrillMe provides a platform for user interaction but does not guarantee user behavior
We are not responsible for:
User-generated content
Interactions between users
Events created by users or businesses
Users interact at their own risk.

13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

ThrillMe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
This includes loss of data, personal harm, or disputes between users
14. Safety & Enforcement
We actively enforce platform safety through:
