Welcome to THRILL ME! Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we
collect, use, and protect your data when using our app and website. THRILL ME is a social
discovery app designed to help you find personal connections of interest agreed by you and
the other users, as well as finding the events and venues in real time in your nearby area
defined as Business profile users. To provide our service we collect the data defined in this
policy. By using THRILL ME, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. What information we collect
We collect data from two types of users: Personal profile users and Business profile users.
Whether you chose to be a Personal or a Business user we need to collect the data essential
to provide and personalize our service to you. Various types of data collected can be defined
as follows: registration data, account data, content, location data, purchase data (business
profile users only), usage data, technical data, customer support data.
1.1 Personal profile users
When you sign up and use the app as a Personal profile user, we collect the following
information:
•Email and password
•First and last name
•Google or Apple ID login (if used)
•Country
•Gender (male or female)
•Date of birth
•Profile photos
•User preferences (gender of interest male or female)
•Optional profile information (brief bio, interests, etc.)
•Location (approximate location to match users and show nearby businesses)

Registration data consists of information provided to register as a user and create the
account: e-mail and password, Google or Apple ID should you choose to use it as account
registration – needed for app functionality

Account data includes information you consent to provide in order to create and personalize
your profile: First and Last name, date of birth, country, gender, user preferences (gender of
interest),
Content: profile photos + additional photos added to profile gallery, optional text information
provided by the user such as short biography, interests and hobbies etc. Should you chose
you can include the link to your other social media profiles such as: Instagram, Facebook etc.

Geolocation data needed for basic app functionality, personalizing user experience, showing
nearby venues, events and matching with other users). User’s location can include
information on WIFI access point, latitude and longitude. Enabling geolocation makes it
possible to appear and interact with other users making your profile visible to others and
other user profiles visible to you.

1.2 Business profile users
When you sign up as a business profile user, we collect the following information:
•Username
•Email
•Business type
•Country
•Working hours
•Address
•Contact phone
•Website
•Business description
•Photos
•Business category
•Location (business address)
•Created events (event name, location, date, time)
•Financial information (Bank account, IFSC, Credit card info) for business profile

As a business profile user all above mentioned data: registration, account data, content,
geolocation data is included with the addition of financial and purchase information data.
Purchase information data: registering as a business profile user is available with the subscription
service. We keep the details of the purchase transaction (the date of the transaction, and the price). The
information you provide consists of your debit or credit card number or other financial info.

1.3 Automatically Collected Data
We also collect:
•Device and browser information – device unique identifier, model, operating system,
log and usage data.
•IP address
•App usage data – generated activity data, including how you use it, searching, matching,
communication, apps settings and characteristics, app crashes,
•Cookies (on the website)

2. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to:

2.1 Who Can See Your Data?
•Personal profile users: Your profile is visible to other personal profile users and
business profile users when making reservations.
•Business profile users: Your business profile and events are public to personal profile
users.

3. Data Sharing & Third Parties
By using our service some of your information is visible to other users of the service like your
public profile
We do NOT sell your personal data. However, we may share data with:

•Service Providers and partners: (e.g., AWS, Digital Ocean, payment processors) which
assist us on providing the service
•Authentication services​
to allow customers to authenticate their account(Twilio)
•Legal Authorities: If required by law enforcement agencies
•Analytics: To improve our app

We do not collect children’s data. No ad SDK collect children’s data on our service.
Our service is allowed exclusively to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. We do not
permit individuals under the age of 18 on our platform. If you suspect that a user is under the
age of 18, please report by emailing to thrillme@gmail.com

6. Data Retention & Security
We keep your data only as long as necessary to provide our services. Your data is stored
securely using encryption and other security measures.

7. Account Deletion & Managing Your Data
You can:
•Delete your account anytime in the app settings

We may update this policy, and we’ll notify you about significant changes via email or app
